Secondly, Andrey Shenin provides an account of voting irregularities in Saratov, noting that a quarter of all precincts reported the exact same results for the four major parties. Thirdly, we have Golos’s statement on the conduct of the election. Fourthly, we have a range of opinion poll and election result data.
