This paper examines China's economy and how it is affected the spring 2009 global economic crisis. The author examines the possibility of an early reset and recovery of the Chinese economy in response to government interventions, essentially composed of monetary and fiscal policy instruments. He looks at the success of these policy instruments in raising liquidity and purchasing power within the Chinese markets.
