This paper looks at the status of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace negotiations in the wake of the failed Kazan Summit in June 2011. More specifically, it 1) reviews the Minsk Group peace process and provides recommendations on how to get it back on track, 2) looks at the implications of the present conflict for the broader region, and 3) looks at the role the EU might play in finding a possible resolution to the current impasse.
