This paper explores why the Gulf Region is one of the fastest growing markets for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities globally. It also looks at how an effective C4ISR system could help build an effective regional security architecture in the Persian Gulf.
