How has Morocco's government kept the country's political youth movement(s) in check? According to this brief, it has 1) pursued constitutional reforms, 2) tried to delegitimize political-religious radicals within Moroccan society, and 3) maintained an active feedback loop on how its responses are affecting local youth. In response, it appears the youth movement(s) hasn't changed its strategic objective (establishing a parliamentary monarchy), but it has progressively changed the means it's using to achieve this goal.
