This publication reflects on Chinese-American relations in light of Beijing’s aspirations to become a global Hegemon. The text's author argues 1) that China will not hesitate to use force to defeat and reverse any attempt at containing the historic ascent of it becoming the global Hegemon by 2049; 2) Xi Jinping has formally instructed the People’s Liberations Army (PLA) to start preparing for a possible war with the US in the foreseeable future; 3) Beijing considers the current crisis the beginning of a new Thirty Years War (2018-2049) aimed to guarantee the ascent of China as a global Hegemon despite desperate efforts by the US-led West to prevent this; and more.
