This paper broadly outlines and explains EU law regarding the rights of civil aviation passengers. The authors details the provisions in different legislations that regulate issues from delays and resulting rights to compensation, to the access of disabled persons to airport facilities. The paper also covers regulations that are still in the planning stage.
