This issue of the Central European Journal of International & Security Studies (CEJISS) provides first a special report on Sunni insurgent media in Iraq. Next, it discusses security sector reform in post-conflict states, humanitarian arms control, the role of diasporas in the formation of foreign policies, changes to Israel's security doctrine, and a philosophical account of political/religious martyrdom. It also offers commentary on the adoption of socially responsible investment practices in the Chinese investment sector, the utility of peacebuilding, and the limits of American hegemony.
