This publication focuses on Russian hybrid threats to Europe. Key insights include 1) that Russia is currently perfecting its abilities in hybrid warfare; 2) the Baltic states in particular are under constant hybrid fire, especially through the use of traditional and social media; 3) as a response, the author contends that NATO and the EU should cooperate with governmental and non-governmental organizations in the Baltic region and create a common platform for resilience and defense against hybrid threats, and more.
