This paper looks at Tunisian youth centers and organizations in order to highlight what they tell us about the policies and institutions that exist in this domain, both at the national and international levels. More specifically, the text’s author explores how post-Arab Spring youth policies are no longer automatically state-driven. Instead, they reflect “a field of competition” that involves international stakeholders and highlights the shifting nature of power at the international level.
