Series

The South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) is an independent, private think tank that endeavors to spread wider and more informed awareness of the importance of international affairs. It also seeks to educate, inform and facilitate contacts between people who are concerned with South Africa's place in the world, and to contribute to public debates on the country's foreign policy. The SAIIA Occasional Papers Series analyze a variety of issues, but not merely in policy-centered ways.
