The Diploma of Advanced Studies ETH in Military Sciences (DAS ETH MILWISS) combines the interests of ETH Zurich and the Armed Forces College (HKA). It enables Swiss and foreign career officers to acquire academic knowledge in the fields of Military Sciences and Security Policy and to develop methodological skills. In doing so, the DAS ETH MILWISS prepares participants for future leadership functions.
The 2-semester program is targeted at military executives (career officers) holding an academic degree. It is run in close cooperation with ETH Zurich and the Military Academy at ETH Zurich (MILAK) and part of the 18-month Diploma Course for prospective career officers conducted by the Military Academy.
