This report addresses the Iraqi spat over federalism as well as the combustible oil and gas question. It examines opposing strategies on energy issues, the Kurdish export deal as well as the incendiary presence of oil and gas in disputed territories: the Khurmala dome oil field and the Khor Mor gas field.
