This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst opens with a feature article on the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline. Next, it presents three analytical articles on US engagement with Uzbekistan, the Afghanistan-Pakistan connection in the 2006 London Terror Plot, and counter-hostage taking in the North Caucasus.
