This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst opens with four analytical articles on the 2006-2007 transfer of power in Turkmenistan, energy politics in post-Niyazov Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and the politics of Iranian nuclear weapons, and geopolitics in the South Caucasus.
