This issue discusses the Trans-Afghan Pipeline (TAP) project; the revolt in Kyrgyzstan and its implications for the political situation in Tajikistan; the presidency of Azerbaijan's Ilham Aliyev; and the emergence of alternative transportation routes in Central Asia.
