This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst features four analytical articles and four field reports, combined with a news digest. The articles focus on analyses of India's relations with Central Asia; privatization efforts in Kyrgyzstan following its revolution; Georgia's protracted political crisis; and the power struggles in Kyrgyzstan. The field reports are concerned with Armenia's elections; China's relations with Kazakhstan; US-Kyrgyz issues surrounding US military bases; and plans to revise Armenia's constitution.
