In this testimony before the US House Committee on Foreign Affairs, the speaker argues that the United States lacks an effective, long-term strategy for achieving peace on the Korean Peninsula. North Korea’s missile provocation, he argues, carries costs to the US and its allies that go beyond merely damaging American credibility.
