This book analyzes the interrelationships between India, the former Soviet states of Central Asia and Afghanistan. It also examines the way the political, economic, and civilizational map of Eurasia is conceived. The authors propose that India should be, and fated to become, no less decisive a presence in this pivotal region than Russia, China, Europe, or the United States.
