In this issue the authors discuss economic policies of Central Asia and the South Caucasus as well as the aftermath of the national elections in Azerbaijan. It also discusses the Afghanistan disarmament process and is asking for possible implications of the Pakistan-China joint venture to build deep-sea port at Gwadar on regional stability.
