This report analyzes the different positions of the main protagonists in the Iranian nuclear dilemma. The authors conclude that a negotiated compromise will more likely encompass a "delayed limited enrichment" than the "zero enrichment" favored by the international community. Even though objections from Iran and the international community are to be expected, this report warns that the failure of diplomacy will lead to either a North Korea or Iraq-like situation with more far-reaching consequences both regionally and globally.
