This report analyzes the progress of the bilateral relationship between Serbia and Kosovo. The authors find that there has been much progress with Serbia acknowledging Kosovan territorial integrity, both countries ruling out the use of force to reach a solution and the joint management of border posts. The authors conclude that Belgrade's and Pristina's position on Northern Kosovo has never been closer and lay out recommendations to further the current progress.
