This report looks at the EU's ongoing and potential partnerships with other transnational organizations. In particular, it 1) assesses the Union’s partner-centered best practices, 2) the areas of cooperation it has yet to explore, and 3) those practices which require improvement. Finally, the report argues that the EU not only needs to embrace more innovative forms of cooperation, it should also lead by example when trying to improve relations between regional organizations, particularly in the case of stopping mass atrocities.
