This journal contains articles on 1) the increase in public support for Cossacks in the North Caucasus, 2) the convictions of Mongolian former Prime Minister and President Nambaryn Enkhbayar, 3) the relationship between Circassians and the Russian government and its impact on the country’s relations with the West, and 4) the prospective Summit of the Turkic Council in June 2014.
