This is a transcript of a United States congressional testimony on the geopolitical potential of the United States energy boom. In the course of the testimony, the author highlights the prospective economic and geopolitical benefits of increases in United States energy production, including the promotion of stable global energy markets, US prosperity and the country's foreign policy interests. She also argues for the US to revise policies that restrict energy exports in order for it to fully realize these benefits.
