This brief examines a number of key policy challenges related to health, justice, and social protection responses for survivors of armed violence. It also addresses how such responses could form part of a Geneva Declaration on Armed Violence and Development (2006) agenda for action on survivors of armed violence and provides a number of policy recommendations for Geneva Declaration states and related institutions.
