Publication

This paper claims that Washington's geostrategic interest in Azerbaijan has decreased to dangerous levels. To illustrate what a mistake this is, and that Washington should reverse its relative indifference, the paper highlights the internal and external security threats now facing Azerbaijan, especially from Iran and Russia.
