This issue of the Central Asia-Caucasus Analyst includes articles on 1) prospective insurgent activities in the broader North Caucasus; 2) US-Russian relations and their impact on the ability of Western forces to use the Northern Lines of Communication, particularly during the crisis in Ukraine; and 3) the discrimination of ethnic minorities in Russia.
