This paper provides an overview of a seminar on the September 2014 NATO Wales Summit and the measures adopted to deal with the 2014 Russia-Ukraine crisis. The seminar also focused on a number of significant issues that were not on the agenda of the Wales Summit such as NATO’s position towards the enlargement of its membership to Montenegro, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Georgia as well as the Alliance's role in international security.
