This report focuses on the difficulties of reintegrating FARC guerrilla fighters back into Colombian society, particularly after a final peace agreement is reached with the government. Indeed, ‘post-conflict residues’, including a protean security environment and deep political divisions, will require both local and international attention if the reintegration is actually going to succeed.
