This issue of the RAD looks at the relationship between Russian President Vladimir Putin's regime and far-right political parties in Europe. More specifically, the issue’s three articles examine 1) Russia's perspective of US foreign policy, its attempt to provide an alternative to US global dominance, and how it has found allies among far-right parties in Europe to support this goal; 2) the ideological and other links that exist between Russia and right-wing political parties in Hungary, particularly Jobbik; and 3) the move within far-right political parties in Italy to adopt a pro-Russian stance since Moscow's aggression against Ukraine.
