This ICG Watch List highlights ten countries which are particularly vulnerable to an outbreak or intensification of violent conflict from December 2015 to May 2016. The list includes a short overview of each country, the recent developments and forthcoming events that may lead to (more) violence, and possible "opportunities for action" by internal and external actors, especially the EU.
