This issue of the RAD features three articles that focus on the recent attempts to coordinate the activities of the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) and China's One Belt, One Road initiative (OBOR). The first article describes how Russian and Chinese experts/analysts view the relationship between the two regional projects. The second piece then examines the problems facing those who want to "dock" the EEU and OBOR together. The final article confirms that a number of post-Soviet states are indeed keen to capitalize on the OBOR project.
