This briefing presents the results of a survey among Iraqi citizens regarding how they feel about the current political regime and a possible regime change. The statements of Iraqis show that there is a gap between their and the rest of the world's attitude. For the latter, the question is whether war should or should not be waged. For the Iraqi people, the question is not whether a war will take place, but whether a state of war will finally be ended and the daily quality of life improved.
