This briefing analyzes the prospects for Bosnian EU accession. It points to the pro-European consensus of the major political parties and the country's determination to join the EU. However, the EU itself pressures for significant political and economic reforms, particularly the removal of the Office of the High Representative (OHR). It expects a Bosnian government and not the OHR to take the responsibility for the necessary reforms and to lead a future EU integration process.
