The report provides information on the 2-3 May 1997 incident in Croat-controlled Drvar, where 25 houses designated for the return of displaced Serbs were set ablaze. The report aims to ascertain the facts surrounding the incident, responsibilities thereof and suggests additional measures to prevent future such incidents.
