This report examines minority returns to the Sarajevo area of Bosnia and Herzegovina after the end of the war and the issues that threaten to render the city and its environs more mono-ethnic. The paper introduces various facts on the Sarajevo area, including its structure, demographics, property distribution and administration. The paper pays further attention to existing registration hurdles, security and discrimination issues and present minority groups. The paper argues that the high representative should impose amendments to the property law.
