The paper addresses Albanian-Grecian relations, including the local elections in Himara, the legally persistent state of war between the countries and how to improve the strained relations. Subsequently the paper discusses domestic developments focusing on the different political parties, emigration and crime. The paper pays particular attention to the sensitive position of the ethnic Greek minority, the only minority of any significance in Albania.
