This paper discusses the relationship between the US and South Korea. The authors argue that the leaders of both countries must establish a common approach to North Korea and its nuclear disarmament. They conclude that it is time for both parties to start reading each other’s signals better to ensure that the relationship between them stays as productive as possible.
