This edition of Potentia features contributions that broadly revolve around the limits and flaws in the systems, structures, institutions, and processes that are associated with global politics and policy making. Among other topics, the articles focus on 1) peacebuilding in South Sudan; 2) the conflict in Mali and the dangers it poses to the country’s cultural heritage; 3) the Treaty of Lisbon and its relationship to international interventions; 4) the philosophical and sociological “right to the city”; and 5) NATO’s involvement in Kosovo.
