This report examines how Europe can turn China’s and Russia’s large-scale integration projects in Eurasia to its own advantage. Indeed, what Brussels should do is 1) carve out its own role in Central Asia; 2) deepen its relations with key nations such as Kazakhstan; 3) ensure that no single country controls the energy routes through the region, and more.
