This paper highlights the results of a study that explores how young Saudis view their country’s foreign and domestic policies. The study’s key findings are as follows: 1) Saudi youth are surprisingly disinterested in foreign affairs relative to domestic matters; 2) support for the country’s Vision 2030 reforms vacillates between confidence in its ultimate success and anxiety about its immediate impact; and 3) most young people want 31-year-old Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to be the next king in the country.
