This bulletin argues that China and India haven’t resolved their dispute over the Brahmaputra River because of the disparity in power between the two states. Regardless of the problem, the text’s author doesn’t expect open conflict to break out between the two countries anytime soon. The current state of affairs, however, shouldn’t be taken for granted either.
