Series

The Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (hd) is an independent and impartial organization, dedicated to the promotion of humanitarian principles, and the prevention of conflict and the alleviation of its effects through dialogue. It facilitates discussion about challenging humanitarian issues and between warring parties to resolve conflict. The HD Centre Publications reflect these activities by commenting on issues such as conflict mediation, small arms and the protection of civilians in armed conflicts.
