The Partnership for Peace (PfP) Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institutes is an international organization dedicated to strengthening defense and military education and research through enhanced institutional and national cooperation. This series provides individual articles published in the PfP Consortium Quarterly Journal. The journal contains contributions on international, regional and national security, and defense issues and foreign relations, written by international experts in their respective fields.
