The Centre for International Policy Studies (CIPS) at the University of Ottawa is one of Canada's premier producers of policy-related academic research and a focal point for discussion of international policy issues. This journal showcases and disseminates the research of graduate students from across the University of Ottawa. It provides space for rigorous discussion of international policy challenges and alternatives.
