The Journal on Baltic Security is published by the Baltic Defence College (BDC). The mission of the Baltic Defence College is to educate and further the personal and professional development of military officers from Estonia, Lithuania, and Latvia. The activities of the college are carried out in close collaboration with the national defense academies of the Baltic states. The Journal is an annual publication focusing on security and defense issues of importance to the Baltic region.
