Ursula Durrer is course coordinator of ETH Zurich's executive Master of Advanced Studies in Security Policy and Crisis Management (MAS ETH SPCM). She is in charge of all MAS ETH SPCM operations.
Ursula holds a Master's degree in History, Constitutional Law, and Russian Literature from the University of Zurich. Prior to joining the Center for Security Studies (CSS), she worked for Credit Suisse, ETH Zurich, and at IBM Global Services Delivery Center, Czech Republic. In her different positions, Ursula gained work experience in seminar and course organization, project management, process development and management, employee education, audit execution, ISO 9001 (re-)certifications, and US Export Regulations.
