Cate Mackenzie joined the ISN in February 2009 and works as a part-time editor. She is currently studying for a Master's degree in Comparative and International Studies at ETH Zurich, and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Birmingham. She is interested in youth peace education, and has taken part in related projects in Europe and Asia. Other interests include the South Pacific, gender issues and coups.
