Adam Dempsey joined the ISN in September 2011 as head of the content team. He has previously worked for the UK Defence Forum, Transnational Crisis Project and for a defense and public affairs consultancy. Adam Dempsey has written extensively on defense and security issues for an audience that includes UK Parliamentarians and the defense industry. More recently, he has analyzed defense-industrial issues for Defence and Security Systems International Magazine, Defense Industry Daily and in his blog National Defence Industry Extra. He holds a Master's degree in Intelligence and Security Studies from the University of Salford and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Lancaster University.
